“I was delighted with service provided, the products were exactly what I ordered and I could track it from UK to Ireland, no problems at all. Highly recommended and I got 2 products for the same over the counter price of 1 of the items, I saved 70 euros through allbeauty.”

We are sorry to hear that your order is taking a little longer than hoped. Our Canadian deliveries do usually arrive within 10 business days, however this is not a time guaranteed service. We have checked on your order and can see that it is now showing as having arrived in Canada on your tracking page. Your Item has been presented to the Canada Border Services Agency for a customs review. Hopefully delivery by your local Canada Post depot will follow shortly. “I was sent the wrong product when I checked the website it showed the item I had ordered and paid for was now out of stock, so rather than messaging me to advise me and give me an opportunity to locate the product my wife wanted for her birthday they sent me a similar item (winter home fragrance set as opposed to ultimate sleep set) for half the price but marking it as product I had ordered, I am hoping this is just a genuine mistake but my gut tells me someone realised the product was out of stock and thought it would be easier to try and get away with sending a similar product. Either way both my sons are now upset as the present they had ordered didn’t arrive!”

Further to your review, we are very sorry to hear that you received the wrong gift-set. I see that you have now been in direct contact with us and we have confirmed with our warehouse that this caused by a packing error at their facility for which we apologise. My colleague emailed you back on Sunday the 19th of February to confirm that the correct set was being sent out via the Royal Mail for you. The set should arrive within the next few days. We apologise again for any disappointment caused on this occasion.

“allbeauty asked me to write a review but so far it has been 12 days since I ordered my product and I have not received it yet. So delivery is very slow. I would suggest if you need something desperately don't order from this company!”

“Didn't realize this was coming in all the way from the UK when I ordered. It's been 11 days since my order and I'm still awaiting delivery. Not a huge issue but, had I known this would be taking so long, I might have chosen an alternative product. I'll revise this review if I find the product was well worth the wait.”

“I appreciate your customer service because it feels like you’re not even an ocean away.
