“This is our families favorite banana bread. The only problem is the loaf is extremely small compared to when we originally bought three years.”

“I used to purchase the loaves of bread a year or two ago, and they were about double the size. I was extremely let down when I recently received the tiny loaves. Would it be possible to list the weight of the loaves in the online shop and also mention that size has changed? I intended one of the two loaves I purchased to be for my staff’s break room at work, but the tiny loaf would definitely not feed my entire team like the previous size did. I know your costs have changed - it’s expensive to run a business!”

“The banana bread is literally 6 out of 5 stars. I will definitely buy it again. However, I also ordered the chocolate chip and the red velvet. It was ok but not WOW like the original banana bread. Both lacked the moistness and melt in your mouth thar I got from the original banana bread. I was expecting the original banana bread but with chocolate chips or red velvet. Both tasted like an entirely different recipe. It was disappointing because I tried the original first and my expectations were very high for chocolate chip and red velvet. I won't be ordering those 2 flavors again unfortunately. My overall experience was 4 out of 5 because of the OG bread. If I had to rate it based solely on the other 2 flavors I bought, it would be 3 out of 5 stars. Sorry, just trying to be honest. I still love the original banana bread. Not sure why the only option to submit is anonymous but my name is Gary B. from Las Vegas.”
