“I have to say reading some of these reviews after having purchased I was worried about the outcome. However, after a week I emailed and was told that they are busy but that my item had been dispatched. This duly arrived today, and was exactly as ordered and I can honestly say apart from the wait that I am happy with purchase and responses I received from emails.”

“I placed an order for two replacement chains for my chainsaw and almost immediately received an email informing me that the goods had been despatched. However after a couple of weeks the chains had not arrived. I emailed the company who thanked me for my patience but assumed that the goods were on their way. After more than a month I emailed again and received no reply. Payment has been taken but I have no goods and no apology or acknowledgement. I count this as extremely rude service.”

“Part ordered 6 weeks ago. They made several promises that it had been despatched, but nothing received. Cannot contact by phone and no response to emails. Asked for a refund but again no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

“Ordered a replacement blade for a Flymow Turbo 400. To begin with it wasn’t clear that the part was ‘compatible with’ rather than an original blade. Slightly misleading. The blade received was also not the same as that shown in the web page photo. I have sent several emails asking if they would check that what I was sent was correct but annoyingly keep getting the answer ‘your item was sent but delivery may be delayed by Royal Mail’, so absolutely nothing to do with what I have asked. Sadly I am not best pleased for both of these reasons. Hopeless!”
