“The item I received was not as described it was not as shown in the image from which I bought it. The tape which I bought should have been in a red plastic container for safe keeping. The tape I received was just loose in the package. Wether or not it was of the same quality only time will tell. If I had returned it I would have had to pay for the postage so I didn’t bother.”

“Advertising things you do not have, and know one answers the phone. The web site needs updating. I found it impossible to add things to the basket and was charged more postage than advertised. The picture of the pump was different to what arrived. I returned it the same day it arrived. I appreciate that you refunded the money for the pump and postage one way.”
