“I first contacted alloutdoor about a quilt which was out of stock everywhere, these guys were so good at communicating back and forth, they even managed toget the item in stock for me in time for a big trip in July where weight is everything so this quilt was important to me, they have great customer service and really look after their customers from the first message , thanks again guys. Lucas”

“Simply amazing service from Marc Kaye at alloutdoor.co.uk I contacted alloutdoor.co.uk regarding a quality issue on a jacket I bought some time ago, I didn't hold much hope, but Marc smashed all my expectations, keeping me updated as he liaised with the supplier all the way through to a perfect resolution.
