“My order was processed very quickly and i would recommend this company. I did experience a hitch with delvery charges. A $32 item cost $34 to deliver to Canada. That was fine but it was not expained that i would have to pay an additional $40 delivery from Can border to my home,which made charges ridiculous. I refused package, called company and they agreed to refund my original charges, including return shipping expenses. With this new understanding i would definately purchase from them again.”
“Products arrived sooner than expected. The Promax worked wonders for my Yorkie’s digestive tract. She had been experiencing GI upset following a round of antibiotics and appeared to be rather miserable. The Promax is a rather ghastly shade of turquoise, but she didn’t mind, and gobbled it up with no hesitation. In fact, I had to hide it from her so that she wouldn’t pilfer more, and she tends to be a rather picky eater. Happily, with these probiotics, she appears to feel much better.”

“EXCELLENT! Reasonable price and just what we needed. Thank you for your prompt and accurate shipment! Although this would not keep me from ordering again, the one area that could be improved is the packaging in which the medicine was mailed. Everything made it here fine, but the boxes were smashed in the plastic it was mailed in. We were thankful the medicine, and medicine container were fine.”
