“I was unable to complete an online order with my credit card. Ended up cancelling the order. I never had such difficulty completing an online transaction.”
Although we value all reviews, yours is inaccurate. Your order was vetted because the phone number given did not match the address or person listed on the order. Also, the order was to ship to a different address other than the billing address of the card being used. These are red flags for possible credit card fraud. We explained this over the phone and requested additional information to protect ourselves and our customers. We also offered you an alternative method of payment if you did not want to send anything else. Once we received the information, the order was shipped and was delivered on 10/21/24. You did not actually cancel the order.
“I have never had to deal with a company who cannot get a credit back to a customer when product was never delivered. This company claimed that USPS was to be blamed for it not being delivered to me. Even, so
after 21 days they still have not sent back my credit to PAYPAL. I put in a complaint and have PAYPAL contacing them, still no refund. I should not have to wait this long for it. First, no product then no refund. I will never order from them again, in fact 1 star is even too much, I give them 0. They do not have very good customer service, if not product delivered, then they should credit back the customer back right of way when order is cancelled, regardless of whose fault it was usps or them. Not happy with this company at all!!!”
This order was processed on time and shipped via USPS. Apparently, there was an issue with USPS delivering it to the customer and it is being returned back to us. Is is our policy to wait until the item is returned before issue the credit. We have to see the reason why it was returned as 9/10 times it is a customer generated error with an incorrect address entered or a delivery issue at the delivery address. This may or may not apply in this particular circumstance but that is our policy. It is listed on our Shipping/Returns page. We would never keep the funds for an order that was never delivered. In this case., the funds have already been refunded even though we still have not received the item back.
