I am , however, a completely independent, US based customer of this business and I can truthfully say I have had nothing but positive experiences with both product quality and, ultimately, fulfillment. Only caveat to this would be Royal Mail to US is sometimes delayed for a week or two giving the impression, perhaps of unresponsiveness or poor service, which then is dispelled once the product arrives, as promised.”
