Both 6 shirt Medium size and 3 joggers medium size and they are not fitting me and looks like their Large is standard medium.
I asked them for large size as exchange and now there are not accepting.
I never wore them and now they are useless.”
“LITERALLY A SCAM!!! They canceled almost half my Black Friday order (2 months later) due to “inventory issues” yet I can see one of the hoodies I ordered in stock online. Same size. Same color. Oh but a 15% discount makes up for it right? No- I got the hoodie at 50% off. They refuse to honour the discount even though it's their screw up.”

“Ordered a large number of products in the Black Friday sale, still not received anything & despite numerous attempts no response from customer service either. It’s been MONTHS. Totally ripped of & given how many people are in the same situation I’m genuinely confused as to how this company hasn’t been done for theft/fraud. Constantly active on social media & launching new releases, shocking company, don’t buy, you’d be as well setting your cash on fire.”
“I received a pair of leggings from alphalete in the mail, and when I tried them on (keep in mind I am a size medium and my measurements fall within that category) they split down the seam of butt. I have tried twice now to email them, however I have yet to hear a response. They said wait 5 business days, its been 3 weeks now... no number to call for costumer service, and I am very disappointed with the product. My money went right down the drain because they do not have the decency to respond or provide a better service. Alphalete should seriously consider putting a costumer service team together, and I will never order from here again. Gym shark will now be my first choice.”

“I ordered a birthday present for my significant other and its been over 1month and I haven't heard anything from them. I tried sending inquiries with no replies. They took my money but won't reply. Brutal company, recommend shopping elsewhere.”
“If I could select zero stars I would. Terrible company with no customer service at all!. Decided to try them as I usually buy from gym shark with no bother at all and now I definitely regret it. Ordered products two weeks ago and all I’ve gotten is a confirmation to say they’ve fulfilled it but there’s no way for me to track the shipment, the email literally just says “ track with your courier”, like how can I If I haven’t received any courier email? I’ve emailed them and sent messages on Instagram about and absolute radio silence! Worst of all they keep posting up about new releases. Seriously! You need to look after your current orders before even thinking of new releases. Hopefully I even receive the package! But other than that, I definitely won’t be buying from this company again.”

“They sold me an item that was out of stock (I didn’t know at the time as it was still on their website). They sent shipping number & had me wait a month. I got no response from emailing support or social media. I finally went through my bank to try to get my money back. That’s when they responded to tell me it was out of stock. “I ordered their amplify shorts at the beginning of December when they launched and still have yet to receive them, or an explanation of why they haven't been sent. Tried to contact customer service with absolute radio silence on the other end, and now I can't even locate the email with the confirmation of purchase. The charge shows up on my credit card though. I see I'm not the only one with this problem but for such a big company it's very frustrating that they would ignore their customers and not resolve the issues. Now I'm out $70 for no reason, for something I will likely never receive.”
“I have been trying to return a pair of leggings which honestly wouldn’t fit an 8 year old child! A standard response e-mail to my return enquiry said ‘we’re on it, but if you don’t hear in 5 days, contact us again’. 5 days later no response, another e-mail sent and another standard one received exactly the same as before. By the time they get ‘on it’ the 60 days to return will have expired and there’s no phone number to call, which now makes me very suspicious - who doesn’t have a customer service number on a legitimate website??”
“So my order was canceled that was placed December 9th because your company decided to sell out the size I already paid for and have been waiting for because your company can't process an international shipment to a military base in a reasonable time frame?

“Absolutely horrible! They steal customers money and don’t respond to emails. Their Instagram comments all full of complaining customers. You can buy perfect amplify dupes that are only $25. Check out aurolaus on Instagram. They are literally the same!”
