"Multimillion dollar company and could not replace damaged leggings I got for Christmas. \r\nGot a pair of amplify contour leggings for Christmas 2023, this item started pilling in the thigh and butt area. The leggings got a hole in them in one of the butt's area. I emailed the company (April 2024) and they are past the 90 day warranty so they could not help. \r\nWhy are they charging $74 USD ($100 Can for me) for a pair of pants that only lasted me 4 months? \r\nI ordered myself a couple pair of leggings in February during their birthday sale, and they too are getting pilling on them!! I am not buying from them again."

"Stole my Money\r\n\r\nI cancelled my order two minutes after placing it as the conversion rate made my order more expensive than I could afford. \r\n\r\nI was told I would receive a full refund since the order was never processed. I did not receive a full refund and when I sent a bank statement to the company clearly showing that they still owed me money, they denied my request. \r\n\r\nConversion rates change everyday and refunds should be completed at the conversion rate of the day the original payment went through.\r\n\r\nThis company has stolen my money and will likely continue to steal money from others.\r\n\r\nI have attached a photo of my bank statement showing what I paid and what they refunded."

"I have purchased a good few items and a lot of the time been very happy however the last order of leggings came with loose stitching and by second use bobbled up the material isn\u2019t as soft or compressed I\u2019m unsure what is going on but it is really disappointing as they are expensive."

"I ordered an orange pair of biker shorts. They looks comfy and I was so excited. But they\u2019re so SEE THROUGH. I tried to contact them to get a refund and they will not. I would like to add, on their website they say 100 satisfaction guaranteed and 60 day hassle free returns. WELL GUESS WHAT... THATS A SCAM. \r\nThey said see through isn\u2019t consider r a defect. Okay? Well what women would want to workout with shorts they can\u2019t even leave the house in. And they also mentioned we didn\u2019t say the shorts were squat proof. Well.... I didn\u2019t know standing was considered squatting. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM ALPHALETE."
