“Hi I'll give a 5 but the feather edge did have a little bend in it, not to bothered now as I had to use it the following day after arrival but maybe stronger packaging for such an item would be better, you know what these courier guys are like......🤷‍♂️ Cheers k galley”

“I bought a trowel and hawk from amaroc and heard nothing for a week and I was told it would arrive within 3-5 days. After 1 week I rang the branch and he said you didn’t have it in stock he would let me know when it comes in.... A few days later I still didn’t hear anything so I rang back and the same conversation happened again. Again a few days later still didn’t hear, so I rang back and a lady answered and she would sort it and ring me back within 10 mins, About an hour later a gentleman rang me and told me you can’t get the hawk. I then said I will choose another, I told him I wanted the marsheltown hawk and that was agreed, a couple days later it arrived. I understand that it will be hard to source tools with the coronavirus at large. But I was still very disappointed with the communication with this company.”

Hi Joshua Apologies for the lack of communication during this period of time. We are trying are upmost to provide a normal service but with staff off we are unable to provide the service you deserve. Are you able to provide some further information on the type of algae you are trying to remove from your property so I can feedback to Weber i.e. Colour & coverage of algae growth.
