“I have a good experience while ordering the rendering stuff from the website and the staff is also polite to speak with, unfortunately, the delivery lorry was not having any mechanism to put 60 bags pallet down so I had to pay some handyman at the last moment to empty the vehicle which was a bit of a pain.”

“Ordered some masonry paint online,paid £45 for delivery. After few days received phone call and was told that item I've bought isn't in stock and there will be 2 week delay. Waited for 3 weeks without any further information. Wrote an email-no response. After second email received the reply that paint was back in stock and will be dispatched shortly. It took a month all together-NOT professional service...”

“The products were delivered in good time, unfortunately they were delivered to the wrong address and as such had to be transported across town at additional cost. Amaroc was informed via telephone and email however they didn't seem to be intrested”

“Ordered white k-rend paint. Came in a plain the tub which I noticed the seal was not intact, no original k-rend labels, it looked like the paint was “mixed” then placed into a plain tub so not even sure it’s original k-rend paint. The “white” was actually an off-white colour so did not match the original k-rend white as it should. Be aware that this does not look genuine product. I would have rejected the delivery if I had known at the time!”

“I placed the order by phone and was advised that the item was not due in stock for some weeks. The gent was very friendly and helpful. I received emails updating regarding the delivery and it arrived on the expected date. Great all round from making contact to delivery.”
