“we were guaranteed shipping in 2-3 days. we paid for the extra shipping. It arrived Jan 14th. they refused to refund the shipping charges. Will never order from them again!”

“They sold me a generator and never communicated that they couldn’t get the generator after two weeks of hearing nothing I called them and they told me it would ship next day! I never recieved my generator!”
