“I bought a lenovo laptop from Amazon as a gift for my wife on her birthday. On her birthday, when she opened the gift, I found out that the laptop was not what I ordered. I requested to return the item, and the refund policy for the wrong item takes 14 days! whereby the issue is really obvious, the two laptops has completely different models! How come a company with the size of Amazon do not track such matters!! And why do i need to wait for 14 days minimum to refund the payment. If I didn't pay attention I probably kept the laptop and they just get away with it. This is unacceptable and robbing customers with confidence!”
“Totally disgusted with (lack of) support on Echo 10. My Echo 10 stopped working after factory reset and turned into a brick which would no longer connect to my wifi network. Amazon's solution to having used a standard menu option which disables the device is to buy a brand new one. Seriously? Is this some kind of bad joke?!? Sounds more like a scam to me!
