“Worst service ever. Even having prime account they don't deliver it and moreover the customer care bang the phone on customers who call for complaints. Even the supervisor also cannot help the customers. Please go with them only if you don't have any other choice. Spoke to Mr Gaurav of customer service and supervisor Mr. Khuram. They are not ready to take the complaint also. So try to avoid them if possible.

Recent orders have arrived late, split into multiple separate deliveries of the same product, and they failed to deliver twice and just cancelled. Moreover, instead of refunding fully they credit gift cards. Utterly incompetent and immoral company.”

“It was an order of Stationery Items ordered on 8th Aug in Dubai, delivered to someone else on 11th Aug, after taking immediate intervention when I got email that its already delivered. I contacted the seller, & his people really helped me. After 3 hrs of all the action , the delivery guy out of fear left it outside my main door & ran away.
The same thing is repeated again today when I have ordered some clothing, I received its again delivered on 11th Aug morning, when I did not get anything at all.
Amazon do not even have any contact numbers/ email in Dubai where we can ask them to rectify there blunders ASAP.
AMAZON REALLY NEEDS TO TRAIN THEIR DELIVERY GUYS PROPERLY. I will have to fight to get my stuff or money back now.”

"I ordered this item since it was showing delivery within 12 hours. I didn't receive the order, even after 48 hour passed by. Upon inquiring, I came to know the whole lot story that the system is upgrading, limitation of tracking, limitation for communication etc. I just appear to me that Amazon is spreading false information. If they cannot control their own logistics how can they give credibility to the items they are selling. This is a serious point of concern for online shoppers.”
