Personally, Amazon has been exemplary. Let me know with enough time to unlock the gate. They put items carefully where requested. They even show a little map and how many more stops they are making. You can even watch this, which is kinda fun. Just keep doing what you're doing, Amazon.ca, you're a good and needed service.

Reading all the negative reviews on Amazon but my experience so far has been great. I'm with prime I get my delivery the next day, I had a return once and customer service treated me so well, I did find with my floor product that it was overpriced at Amazon and it was cheaper at home Depot and Canadian Tire so you have to be careful of that sometimes do your research but then with my bath products Colgate optic which by the way is a wonderful product some clothing items I found Amazon to be great I'm confused by all the bad ratings

Amazon has been getting worse. Customer service is hard to find then when you can talk to someone they can't seem to help you. I had to reach out to a manufacturer for warranty, they sent me a replacement (wrong address) through amazon truck. I tried to contact them to update the address, no one can help me. It's absolutely ridiculous.

It's fine as long as all goes well but it's virtually impossible to get in touch with them if you need customer service BEFORE you've placed an order. None of the 'help' links work, they just take you in circles and you can't find a phone number, email address or chat button to save your life.

Great delivery service. also had an experience with returning an item and I was satisfied with the customer service. my husband is upgrading our house railing and he found what he wanted in Amazon for a very fair price than somewhere else.

I love Amazon.ca BUT my issue is that they need to start taking stuff to a post office considering there is more theft with covid and Christmas coming. We have so many dumb asses that Jack packages that I had to call Amazon to get them to resend . It is annoying and sad. Now I question how can I order stuff if the package is literally in front of door I work all day to come home to a jacked package 📦. Amazon please rethink your delivery service PLEASE!

The first time it was saying it was late then it was being returned to sellers as per customer service, then re-ordered again then again items were late and never came and then third time they told me to cancel that order and for me re-order which i had ordered the same and added a couple of other things, then again it showed as coming in late when i called and spoke to Logistics they told me that the address had to look up name on directory which i had the address plus that and the way she was talking it was like there was no address.
