“Although it has taken multiple calls and two months, I had the pleasure of speaking to Aly today. Although the return pickup service, Dragonfly, picked up the wrong parcel, which was from Bath and Body Works, not Amazon, they credited me for the amount of my Bath and Body Works which has gone missing. How could Dragonfly pick up a box that has a delivery label on it to me from Bath and Body Works and think that it is a Amazon return. Thank you Amazon for taking customer service seriously.”

“Reading all the negative reviews on Amazon but my experience so far has been great. I'm with prime I get my delivery the next day, I had a return once and customer service treated me so well, I did find with my floor product that it was overpriced at Amazon and it was cheaper at home Depot and Canadian Tire so you have to be careful of that sometimes do your research but then with my bath products Colgate optic which by the way is a wonderful product some clothing items I found Amazon to be great I'm confused by all the bad ratings”

“Have been shopping Amazon a long time. For years it was 2 week delivery even with prime. BUT in the last couple months the delivery has been so fast. They must be using there Owen truck. But very happy now with the deliveries.”

“On February 6, 2021 I placed an order with Amazon that was sold through a 3rd party (Home Hardware GMR 20-1999 rue Nobel, Sainte-Julie, Quebec, J3E 1Z7). The order I placed on February 6, 2021 was for 2 Units of 2x4L of Alaskan Liquid Ice Melt as stated on my order form and also on my invoice. I only received 1 unit of the 2 units as per Order 701-1465978-9593013 and Invoice: INV-CA-216147530-2021-5083. Both state that I was ordering (2 Total Units) of 2x4L Liquid Preventer Ice Melt. Cost including shipping and tax, TOTAL INVOICE= $100.11. I was comparing this to walmart.ca -Alaskan Ice Preventer 4x4L =$89.97 Shipping & Handling included plus tax = TOTAL INVOICE of $101.67 or Costco.ca - Alaskan Ice Preventer 4x4L containers $69.99 Shipping & Handling Included plus tax = TOTAL INVOICE $79.08. I do check the pricing and Amazon is always very competitive with Walmart. WHY WOULD I AGREE TO PAY $100.11 for only 2 x 4L ($50.05 per 4 liters) when I could have purchased it at Walmart 4x4L for $101.67 ($25.42 per 4 liters) I ordered from Amazon because I expected that I was receiving a total of 4x4 liters of Alaskan Ice Preventer, comparable to Walmart prices. After numerous conversations with Amazon Customer trying to resolve this issue, I received today a generous coupon from Amazon. But let me be totally clear, it was only Amazon that issued the coupon to me NOT the 3rd party (Home Hardware GMR 20-1999 rue Nobel, Sainte-Julie, Quebec, J3E 1Z7) they have done nothing but take my money and run. So, my advice to everyone be very careful when you are dealing with a 3rd party through Amazon. I would suggest to never purchase anything from Home Hardware GMR 20-1999 rue Nobel, Sainte-Julie, Quebec, J3E 1Z7. I will give AMAZON a 5 STAR rating! I will give Home Hardware GMR 20-1999 rue Nobel, Sainte-Julie, Quebec, J3E 1Z7 0 Star Rating!! These people are scammers!! THIEVES!!!”
