Can you imagine that, having never dealt with Amazon in my life before being told that! I asked what items have I returned, but all I get is “ the Amazon team” says that you have had too many returns! How could I have had too many returns if I have never dealt with Amazon in my life before! So nearly a month later I am still a Prime member ( they were happy to take my money for that) but refuse to sell me anything! I wish I could get my money back for the Prime waste of time and just walk away from Amazon and never go near them again. ”

“ I had a very bad experience!! last month I received wrong sizes for 3 kurtas ordered and when I requested for exchange citing the reason as wrong size received they again sent the wrong sizes in exchange that I returned back and then after few days the returns dept is writing mails to me that I have returned wrong item to them !! So disappointing and ridiculous of you Amazon!! What would I do with S size kurta when my size is XL ?? They are threatening to close my account for some unusual activity in my account !! So today I signed out and deleted this app that is full of liars,sick,blind and hypocrite people !! Not interested in buying anything from people who blame customer for their mistakes and shortcomings!! You people really need and IQ test and eye check up for sure! Goodbye 👋 ”

“ Am Amazon customer since past 5 odd years. Great shopping and service experience. BUT something has gone wrong with Amazon service over the past year or so. Cash upload not done, returns refund not done, non-responsive customer care, etc., etc. Bottom line ..... no longer confident shopping with Amazon. ”
