“Disappointing service making online shopping a ball ache , now asking for one time security codes and secret hand shakes just to get your parcel . Whats wrong with asking for id ,where has the common sense gone in this company? I didnt have a code and didn't know anything about a code that was required to receive a parcel. In the end I gave up and told driver to take parcel back , its one thing to have a conversation with a pencil pusher but to have a conversation with a foreign pencil pusher it was to much for my brain I couldn't take the stupidity.”

“Over a week late already, lots of failed promises from Amazon, hours wasted speaking to customer service all to be let down again and I am now told another 4 days to wait for this next day delivered item!!!! By which time it will then be 2 weeks for them to complete the task, Amazon used to be great but now have no time or care for its customers, if you get your item then that's great, but if you don't then you will enter a world of the frustration of empty promises all to not get anywhere expect being told that Amazon 'Understands' your frustration, but still nothing will actually happen, best of all with PRIME you get the privilege of paying for this.”
