“Order guaranteed by 10 pm never arrived they said its running late if it doesn't arrive within 3 yes 3 days you can get a refund this happened twice in a week with different items and different sellers”

“Had a delivery time notified and telling me my delivery was 2 stops away.The time was 10.30 am, 15.30 I had still not received my delivery and ended up cancelling it because I had to go out and did not want my parcel left on my doorstep as my neighbours have expericed in the past.”

“Very rarely do I have any sort of problem with goods purchased from Amazon. If I do, then their telephone support is excellent. Money refunded quickly, if necessary. Fast returns process, which I rarely need to use.”
