“Great service, especially prime for items you need quickly. Only thing I have noticed is that not all couriers are as careful or thoughtful as others - some parcels have been left unattended and not in a secure place in the past, but this might not be amazons direct fault? Great way to shop and get a huge variety of items. Very good”

“Good at handling return purchases, not so good at fielding complaints to sellers- then it all gets a bit complex. Think system is set up to return unsatisfactory goods and buy again without feedback involving seller. This does not foster confidence in purchasing goods.”

“Had a few issues with delivery. Amazon locker was full and I was still infomed until a few hours before estimated delivery that it would be there. The online chat was useless. The chap lied and said there was payment issues with my card - yet other orders shipped. Long story short. Amazon didn't notify me the locker was full - but let me order to that locker. I got the item in the end and it was the wrong colour. So had to send that back and reorder from another seller...and then I got the correct order. Amazon is fine on prices and delivery. Just issues inbetween can make the experience a bit of a train-wreck.”

“I have found dvds that I haven’t seen since I was a child, very pleased with those purchases. Items arrived on or before the estimated delivery schedule. Any problems you can send an email regarding any issues.”

“I am usually a fan of Amazon but recently ordered an oxygenator for my garden pond and it came with Continental plug. They cannot exchange it for UK plug and I now have all the hassle of having to return it and waiting for my refund and having to search for a UK supplier. Not a happy lady!”
