“Irresponsible (COVID) If it wasn't because of covid I wouldn't write this review but I am so angry. I ordered "Carex Dermacare Aloe Vera Antibacterial Hand Wash Pack of 6" for myself and my sister to two different addresses. Mine turned up perfectly in good packaging but my sisters just turned up as a single bottle!! £6 for a single bottle. I contacted their online chat customer services and I was told to return that single bottle!!! Like I said if it wasn't due to covid I wouldn't be so angry but my sister hardly goes out of the house due to the worry and ENGLAND are currently on LOCKDOWN. Putting her life at risk because someone at Amazon messes up it a joke. I could go on and on about how this is just Ludacris this is but what's the point.”

“I have used Amazon UK for years and will continue to do so. They seem to get better and better and have everything you need. Its easy shopping from the comfort of your own home. I ordered some outside lights at 4pm and they were delivered the next day at 10am. Everything seems to be so much cheaper than the shops. I find Returns and refunds fully acceptable. What better way to do all your Christmas shopping especially with the current pandemic. Thank you Amazon”

“About 2 weeks ago I bought a phone from Amazon because mine was broken. After 4-5 days, I received a completely different and cheaper phone. Then I started the return process. Now after 2 weeks still waiting for return then I will buy again and wait wait wait. I can't use the sim card which has internet now and for my computer's internet connection, I am paying money everyday. I want a solution from amazon, contacted by chat but it always says your money is safe with us, it will be refund, bla bla. Can't tell my situation because the person you think real is a bot. Always says the same words. I hate Amazon and won't buy again. They don't fix their faults and people losing money.”

“Ordered groceries through amazon , you can now shop ar Morrisons online through amazon, was overcharged. Didnt get the refund i was promised then when i contact them they suggested i do even more leg work by contacting my bank and calling amazons payment dept after i had already spent over an hour in total on live chat. A total waste of my time. I wouldn’t recommend ordering morrisons groceries through amazon. Even though its free delivery if you have amazon prime. It is not worth the hassle.”

“Great selection of items to chose from. Very wide range of prices to suit everyone’s pocket. The delivery was so efficient next day, as promised. I was able to track the driver’s progress, so I knew the minute he would arrive. The baking scales I ordered are a small miracle. In perfect working order. I know if they were not, I would have no trouble returning them and getting a refund. Happily... there is no need for this. I’m delighted with my purchase and the service.”
