I have Amazon Prime. Whilst their service and returns are brilliant, Prime Video is a scam. Halfway through watching a film, you wil get lots ads when you already paid for the service!

Will not refund me for items returned to them, total value of over £300!! I keep contacting them, but they just keep sending me emails saying that they won't refund me, even though they have admitted that they have received these returns. Nothing short of theft!

The plugs are two pins not 3 pins uk standard this needs to be put on the product specification, as electrics and water do not mix relating to the lazy spa, returned the product and now has been lost, £630 + I have also paid £79 for returns.

However, I called Amazon as soon as the product arrived, I was instructed that they would email me a returns label to take the return item to any local post office and that a replcement had been ordered by express delivery to arrive next day.
