“After many purchases I have learnt to only buy products I am fully informed on. Warning: due to poor description I had to return an industrial electronic thermometer and buy a clinical one. When I eventually received it the owners manual was printed in an Asian language. I requested an English version but never got one!”

“Fast to dispatch and items as described but I’ve dropped a star because of the waste of packaging they use. Often you’ll receive a tiny item in an ENORMOUS box just like someone has grabbed the box nearest them in the packing warehouse. Such a shame.”

“Amazon is very convenient as I’m disabled. But disappointed that they don’t advertise ‘SmileAmazon!’ If you go onto this site - order in the same way except a donation is given to your chosen charity by Amazon. It should be part of their main site or more people might want to use Smile Amazon .”
