“Some of the prices are very competetive. Very good returns service. I do not use Amazon as much as eBay as PayPal is a far better payment method regarding refunds. Once a few months have gone by it is impossible to get a refund from Amazon. PayPal refunds are compliant with UK/EU law regarding time limits. Amazon ignores UK/Eu law.”

“Great product but Movavi have and Amazon are not in sync as I am receiving threats that my product is only a trial and this is not the case. Sent three emails and no action. Great pity”

“Items sold direct from Amazon sold as new, which clearly they weren't!!. Return proceedure, even though free, still took my time when there shouldn't have been a requirement to return the item if the description of the item was correct.”
