“If I'm correct, the last thing I ordered was a beautiful tapestry that I ordered from Tia Land. The price was vert reasonable, the postage costs more than the item (very possible as I had a budget). The item had a good online description. I know that my card details are safe and secure. Because I have a medical condition, it suits me better to order off line. All in all I've had a positive experience, if you do have any returns (which are few), its usually always very promt when being addressed.”

“BATTERIES SHOULD BE COMPATIBLE. I HAVE WASTED A LOT OF MONEY FOR REFILLS THAT DON'T FIT ON THE BAATTERY. AT LEAST LET US KNOW WHICH ONES GO WHERE.”

“Easy ordering - but it is a bit fiddly to amend the order if you want free delivery - Be careful or you will be charged! Delivery received sooner than expected and delivery drivers are always friendly.”

“Amazon has a simple work ethic. Anything to make a problem go away. If a product does not work then a refund is given. Sometimes I think the shipping is almost too fast!!LOL...My wife and I no longer shop anywhere else....Amazon makes it really easy...dont much care for some of the attacks on Amazon in the news lately.”

“As a Prime member I get a lot for my money, but I also get a ridiculously large amount of packaging too!! Amazon, please sort this by reviewing your packaging policy and practices. It's frustrating when you're waiting for an item that would fit through the letterbox only to find it was undeliverable due to being in a box 10 X the size it required!!”

“One of my most funnest places to shop. The only thing I dislike, is the new Prime. I think they're giving too many giveaways and lower prices to them and they're overlooking us and I'm spending quite a lot of money this month at Amazon. But they're one of the best companies there is for reacting when you are being worked off or your product doesn't show up so Amazon definitely has a good name in the business. I do not like the fact that they still use foreign customer service I don't know why they can't use Americans for customer service other than the fact they get paid a lot less.”
