“Assortment is fine but I do object to being enticed into "Prime" by the layout which is dishonestly left unexplained as you pay.. I will avoid transactions whenever I can. gpkm”

“Excellent service and so glad I took out the Prime option with free delivery on loads of items - its saved me a fortune so far and I've only had it a few months. You also get a free Kindle book every month which is a bonus - and I've already got my movies downloaded for our forthcoming holiday. Thanks Amazon !!”

“HAD TO RETURN A FAULTY WATCH WINDER. CUSTOMER SERVICES WERE VERY HELPFULL IN GUIDING ME THROUGH THE PROCESS. THEY TEXTED ME A QR CODE TO SHOW AT POST OFFICE. THEY THEN REFUNDED THE ENTIRE COST OF WATCH WINDER BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. A FEW DAYS LATER ANOTHER TEXT TOLD ME THEY HAD RECEIVED IT.”
