Amazon is HORRIBLE buisness by far! I talked all day to customer service and they all they did was toss me back from one person to the next, from one buiness to another. The phone I just bought with a speaker that stopped working in less than a month after purchase. I called Amazon and they tossed me to a supervisor, to another kind of supervisor 8x, to the 3rd party seller 6x, to the insurance I have on the phone ( that wasnt ever to the right phone so they hung up on me 4x ) then to the A and Z part 4x??? Then back to calling Amazon again! One someone said this then the other said that. One supervisor was getting loud to over talk me then wont give me her ID cause I said I was gonna report her. She straight told me she was right and all the other Supervisors and people on cutomer service was wrong. Amazon is straight full of idiot foreign people you cant understand 80% of the time. Amazon makes cheap broken garbage to customers. Make things cheaper and raise, raise, raise the price! Oh! Did I mention Im also Prime. Prime is a valued customer my Butt!

I've been an Amazon Prime member since the program started, and there's still no doubt that from a financial perspective, that part of buying from them is a bargain compared to paying for shipping (not to mention the Prime Video, Music and more). But of late, their service has declined to a horrendous level. They consistently promise a delivery window and then miss it, and not just by a few minutes... hours or even DAYS have gone by. They notify me that a shipment is delayed due to carrier problems and then a few days later, I visit my orders page and find that it was cancelled a week earlier... no notification, nothing. Lastly, I've enrolled in Walmart+ and not only are prices on many identical items 5-20% less expensive at Walmart, they deliver locally and ship for free. It pays to shop around.

Our university library placed an order with Russia Online Inc., and unfortunately the experience did not meet the standards we expect from Amazon Marketplace sellers. The item we received was not as described, it was a completely WORTHLESS book, and when we contacted the seller to resolve the issue, they refused to issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs, the return shipping costs, and our library’s standard restocking fee. This refusal is inconsistent with Amazon’s A-to-Z Guarantee and seller refund policies, which require sellers to cover these costs when an item is inaccurately described or not as advertised. Despite providing documentation and giving the seller multiple opportunities to correct the issue, they declined to follow Amazon’s established guidelines. Russia Online Inc. are scammers and we will continue to suspend their seller account till they rot in the grave. As an institutional buyer, we rely on accurate listings, professional communication, and adherence to Amazon’s policies. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend Russia Online Inc. for organizations or individuals who need reliable fulfillment and policy-compliant customer service.

I was honestly unsure about reaching out at first, but I’m glad I did. I had been dealing with a frustrating issue for a while and needed someone reliable to guide me. ERF responded quickly and handled everything in a very professional and straightforward way. They explained the process clearly and kept things simple, which made it easy for me to trust them. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring. I appreciate their support and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for dependable help.

Service has bottomed out in the last month, very undependable with many lost orders, drivers coding 'as delivered' yet not delivering, damaged packaging, and no way to actually speak to a customer service rep.....Only option is to use 'chat' but that only takes you to some facility in some other country that has no understanding of what they are supposed to be doing, replies in some type of broken english, rude comments from rep's....I will NOT be renewing my prime membership when it expires......pathetic customer service......

After 3 months of broken promises from several employees in the return department I found there was a paper trail from 3 month up to this point that a return was in progress and I would get free return labels to send items back. Today I was told its up to me to send back bulky items through usps. Which is going to cost almost double ups or FedEx would charge. But no guarantee I would get the full refund. It's going on 90 days of just wait we will get this straight for you. Amazon has to many chiefs in the huddle to handle their business. Now back to square one after this long with broken promises. I'm taking bets on if I will actually get a full refund on this return.
