It appears that their delivery drivers who deliver food to customers are smoking in their cars on top of customers food delivered from Amazon fresh.

I am cutting down drastically on buying from Amazon because of the delivery/ duty charges. order something and it'll cost you double to be delivered. Ordred a lens filter WHICH I DID NOT order, It cost me nearly £15 to post it back. This is criminal, BE WARNED !! P.S. A LENS FILTER WAS delivered WITH THE PACKAGE SLICED OPEN AND THER DROPPING OUT, THE DRIVER HAD JUST STUCK IT BACK IN. ATROSCIOUS.

The Delivery service is very slow The sale Amazon prime to do a faster service but they are no doing the service that offer

Do NOT Buy Living Plants or Perishable Items From Amazon or Its Sellers Amazon policy is that it is OK for a Seller to lie about the delivery window for a living plant or perishable item.

I like ordering from Amazon but your guard has to always be up, causing you to always do your homework on prices, also had cases where products were not as described or pictured. I also have a real problem with delivery: tracking info will state "handed off directly" or "Placed in Secure Location" when actually items were left on porch. the Plus' are you can find deals super easy ordering.

Great. Prime delivery is super fast, they're now doing same day delivery in my area and notifications of how far away the driver is.

Using the site was easy to navigate and there are good deals however delivery was slower than expected and i have had a few items not turning up the first time, so have had to re order. Overall an alright experience

I bought free delivery items but was unable to tick free delivery. I emailed them and it said reply in 24 hours that was a week ago!!!!

These guys are hit and miss. I can’t fault the delivery but if anything is faulty or needs to be sent back there’s chaos. I bought some dresses for the wife for my mums wedding (re marriage) I ordered three and returned the other two.. I was charged for the wrong ones and was chasing it for about 6-7 months.. constant refund and recharging me. Absolute joke!
