“I ordered 'Nerds' from 'Wonka' but I didn't get the original ones and when I tried to contact someone about this mistake , nobody answered me. I'm very very annoyed and upset about this because there is no customer-kindness! I want to change these in originals or want to get a redress.”

“I love American Soda, especially as they are the only company I've found selling my faves, Chex Mix and Hershey's & Reese's snack packs. My only minor issue is that the Reese's packs were melted and the Hershey's one was very close to the use by date. Would have been 5/5 other than this so all in all, pretty good!”

“This is only the second time we've used American Soda and items have always been excellent, our children are so excited getting these products, they have a lot more in stock then other online companies, my only complaint would be delivery, we'd recieved a text and email from UK mail stating they would be here between 2.30 and 3.30, which was brilliant as we needed to go out around 4, they did not arrive until nearly 6, we did however recieve another text at 4, stating our driver had met with an unexpected delay and your order would be with you soon!”

“My order was promised in 3 to 5 working days. After 10 days it still shows as processing. Not good customer service. Not even an email detailing the problem. Unless this is resolved quickly, I won't order again. Too bad for you - I order lots of things online and would have spent quite a bit on your products. However, they do me no good if I don't receive them. Order #400097758 - Processing”
