“Courier left my order outside in the rain and the order was unusable. Contacted customer support expecting an apology and a replacement but ended up in a long email exchange, had to send pictures as evidence and then support said they hadn't received pictures so had to resend several times and to different emails. In the end I opened a PayPal dispute to get a refund. Very disappointing service and a tremendous hassle for an order that cost £8. Can't recommend the company and can't rate the product because it was unusable.”

“My sodas were all bumped even though there wasn't any visual damages to the box itself, wich to me means that you sent me bumped soda. It also says that it should be delivered with UPS and not ordinary mail. I had to get my package 30min away from my house because it wasn't sent with UPS”
