“Order got lost in transit, then I received a refund. Would have liked the package being tracked or another delivery of the ordered goods. The refund was an easy solution for the company, not a satisfying one for me as a customer.”

“The handling etc. was good - but I guess I am not a Hershey's chocolate fan, actually I find the quality and taste and texture slightly poor compared to excellenct european chocolate. - But the shop is good! - Albrecht Schnabel Munich.”

“stay away !! first order did not arrive at all - 2nd order arrived almost completly damaged - bottles broken because it was not packed appropriate, and most of the rest unusable because of the broken bottles ... asked for refund for the damaged goods - never received !”
