“Everything was fine exapt of the payment procedure. I wanted to pay via "sofort Überweisung" but everytime I tried, the internet side kicked me out. I tried three times and I had so many items in the basket :( that was very annoying. Finally I had to pay via Paypal. Maybe you could check on that :) anything else was great - I will order again soon.”

“The order and delivery were quick and orderly, only the German division was impossible for me to reach with my queries, so I contacted the UK Co and I am VERY PLEASED i will go through the main office who were very friendly and completed my questions. Thank you.”

“I ordered several items, crisps, sauces etc.. 3 of 7 packets of crisps were out of date and 2 of the in date packets had popped due to not enough bubble packaging (the sauces flattened them!) Are you guys aware that it is illegal to sell out of date good without informing the customer????? Very dissapointed as I had browsed the site many times and waited until they had the items I wanted back in stock. There's many other websites that sell this sort of stuff and actually bother to pack it properly. Be warned.....”

“Efficient service to get product I want from Amercan Soda. Postage cost reasonably priced. I now cannot purchase Bisquick locally. I am not entirely pleased with the Hermes delivery.”

“I have been buying from American Soda for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Transactions are easy. The staff friendly and delivery times are good. In all the time I have been shopping I have only had to call about an order one time and they worked very hard and swiftly to complete my order. Instructions on the website are very clear and the appearance of the site is appealing. They carry a good selection of foods for those of us that miss our country's of birth. I will always recommend American Soda”
