“thank you verry much for paying back the money quick. Perhaps it is better to change for germany post packages the company "ups" and not "dhl". A lot of people have problems to get a package by dhl. You can read it often im internet. In future a wonderful time bye, bye Tamara Hoffmann”

“Hi I wrote a email to ur customer service but had no reply, opened the box and the craker jack was every where it had opened and stuck to everything I had to wash all the items, I wrote regarding another one being sent as it was a gift to my mum and she hadn't had it for many years but customer service never got back to me but every thing else was fine many thanks sarah”
