“American Soda is a great place to get those American items that are hard to find here in England and at a reasonable price too (usually). But the only downside that I have a problem with is the amount of items that are listed but always seem to be `out of stock` of!!!!! Some new items would be nice as well!!!!! Like `Velveta Cheese blocks` and `Slim Jim's` just to name a couple!!!! Keep up the good work American Soda but you can do better!!!!!”

“First delivery got lost in the post but as soon as I made contact with them they immediately sent out a replacement parcel of the missing items. A huge thanks for doing this as it made my daughters day as these things were a present for someone. Extremely fast and efficient service. Would recommend anyone to use this company.”

“All the sweets and chocolate are at very competitive prices, a nice range of them too. I had a bit of bother with the first parcel going missing but that was down to the courier, American soda couldn't have been more helpful and offered to send another parcel immediately. A great service that I will definitely be recommending to family and friends.”

“Ordered on Dec 11, still no delivery (today is Dec 22). No automated E-Mail confirmation of order. But when contacting customer service I received the written confirmation that the order is on the system an in progress (Dec 14 + Dec 22). No expected delivery date supplied. Update: Order delivered in full on December 23rd - so just in time for Xmas! Thanks!!”

“I think it's easy to order on this site, but it is difficult to have an answer to a question I've done before order. It is impossible to track the order because the page linked was totally white. Despite of this inconvenients, the order arrived in a week (I live in Italy) and that's good because in time for Christmas. I would be good if we can read the site in other languages. Good bye”
