“It's always nice to have a place to turn for finding certain American products not found in the UK. And your prices are fair! I wish you could add a few foodlines like Krusteaz and perhaps more products with low or no sugar included.”

“I first askef if you shipped to Cyprus and was informed that it was. Possible. The package never got sent out and my order was cancelled then it took a huge hassle to get my refund. If i hadn't payed through PayPal and opened a dispute i would have lost 50 pounds on nothing.”

“Lieferzeit etwas länger als angegeben. Das liegt aber nicht an American Soda sondern dem Versandweg! Habe einen falschen Artikel erhalten, das beim Kundenservice reklamiert und innerhalb von 10 Minuten wurde mir der fehlende Artikel gutgeschrieben. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Bearbeitung. Top Kundenservice!”

“I would love to try the products I bought, but unfortunately, I still have to receive my order that I made last August 26. I wrote several e mails and they wrote me back just once, I was told I would have received my order within last week. Still waiting for it and asked for the ups tracking number twice but they did not reply. I really hope to get my order very soon since it was a birthday gift!! 09.08.2016 I've been asking for the ups tracking number since one week and they did not give it to me. Instead, they kept telling me I will receive the products soon. I am a new mad and disappointed costumer. Of course I did not receive my order yet. I want the tracking number or my money back. This is not a serious company! Valentina”

“Still haven't received my order, courier states they tried to deliver,I was at home all day and no couriers arrived so that is nothing but a lie. Stated they would try again in 24 hours still not here and I've been at home the entire time,very poor service”

“I found American Soda completely by accident but am delighted that I did. Having visited the United States a few times I developed a fondness for some things you simply can't get in the UK. The range of food and drink American Soda is terrific and my order arrived very quickly. I am sure that I will use the site again.”
