“I ordered some sodas 4 weeks ago and payed right away, but I never got the sodas. I even wrote twice and asked about my order but I never got an answer. If I would do that with my custumer, I would be out of Business.”

“Shopping at your online store was easy. The only thing I did not like was some items missing in my order when it arrived and called. Was very helpful and told the missing items would be resent and still had one item missing when it arrived. Love your store otherwise.”

“Pleasant customer service but unfortunately I had to e-mail and leave telephone message without response so telephoned only to find out my parcel had not been delivered after 2 weeks waiting because it had been damaged, if I hadn't phoned I guess I would have still been waiting. Another order was sent out after I phoned them but it still didn't arrive after a few days so had to phone again and was told it would arrive on Friday or Saturday so waited in, didn't arrive until Monday. So basically delivery time was long, ordered on the 27th April and received order on 16th May. Only the 17th May now so haven't tried products yet, hopefully they will be good. Not a particularly good experience though as a new customer.”

“The products are sold at a decent price and the shipping price is also good. Only problem, it took a few days for the order to actually process and ship. But once shipped, it did come quickly.”

“Love love love buying my bits from American Soda. Such a wide selection of food etc to choose from. Ordering was a breeze and my items arrived quickly and packaged wonderfully. I can't recommend American Soda enough.. you have a customer for life..... ????”

“I love American soda! You can find so many american snack that you cant find here in england that taste great!! My mum loves flying saucers and i couldn't find them anywhere in the little time that i had, until i came across thia website! Fast delivery as well concsidering it was so far away. Thank so much, my mum loved them.”

“Love your product. Absolutely HATE your packaging. Takes up half my recycling basket to receive one small bag of cookie mix. Not good for the environment, my temper or my motivation to buy from you.”

“I have ordered from American soda before and usually have no problems. This time though there were. I ordered 2 products. One was sent but the other never appeared. After a week I eventually emailed customer services to be told they were out of stock and I would be refunded which I was but if I had not chased it up I wonder would i have been refunded.”

“American Soda is a very good company. Probably the best company in England selling a variety of American products. I Love it because I have an American background and grew up on many of these products. The only problem I have is the lack of available products (products out of stock). I still support the company in the hope they would increase their stock.”
