“My package is lost at DHL and for one month now I tried to ask you to let them search for it so that I get my package or get my money back. But you won't even think about it. I will definitely NEVER buy from you again!!!! And I want my money back!!!”

“I wouldn't know if my order is good as it still hasn't arrived since I ordered it... 10 days ago. The mail carrier is refusing to allow me to change the address it is delivered to and says it is up to American Soda to amend. This was ordered as a care package for a friend. Very disappointed as they don't seem to even be able to find the flat to deliver it to!”

“Amazing service. I always get my orders within 2 days. and If i have any problems, they usually get backed to me within a couple of hours and resolve the issue. Wish they did more discounts though for loyal customers like me.”

“Items arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. However, they did not arrive as quick as previous orders I have placed. My main concern was, the items I ordered were meant to be a surprise as part of my boyfriend's birthday present, but unfortunately the surprise was ruined as the items had been packed in a 'red vines' box as the outer packaging. This meant my boyfriend knew where the package was from and also knew pretty much what was inside!”
