“Loved the cream soda as usual and the Cheetos were tasty. Only felt let down by the shoddy service and apparent inability to communicate between staff members. Next day delivery doesn't mean 6 days later. Wish this company would learn that.”

“I order quite a few things off here and I was very pleased with the speed of delivery. I got a couple of glass items in my order and the packaging was very good, none of the bottles were touching. Overall I am very pleased with American Soda 100%”

“I love American Soda. They have a lot of products, actually, one of the best website regarding the choice of product. Great Great !!!! The delivery is extra fast (3 to 5 days) and complete. I recommend them for any purchase you may have. This website became my N°1”

“I paid for my items on Feb 4th and 10 days later I was asked for feedback on the service I received. I was advised that my items would arrive within 3-5 working days from purchase. It is now 10 days later and I have received nothing through the post, nor and notification/correspondence on the matter until an email asking for a review.”

“I found the site easy to use, with the only problem being not ordering one of almost everything! Being from the East Coast, Philadelphia, many of the products seem to be from other areas of the US and wouldn't be ones that I would be use to eating/using so I tend to only order 'East Coast' products. Some of the products I would like to see would be PEEPS, TASTYKAKES and HIRES ROOT BEER or BIRCH BEER., LAYS POTATO CHIPS. This is the only drawback I can see. Being away you learn to accept second choices. Thank you for the site and ability to order anything at all.”

“American Soda is great for tastes from the states and makes me feel less homesick. The only thing is that they are a bit expensive for some items as some of the items you can buy at ASDA for half the price. Overall I'm pleased with American Soda and the service they provide, and keeping a little bit of the States here in the UK. C. Miller”
