“Ordered on next day delivery have emailed twice with no reply and am still waiting for my products to arrive. Not impressed”

“I would of rated it 0 if there was the option, placed an order and waited around a week which was strange so I sent an email chasing my delivery only to be told that I my self had cancelled it which I hadn’t I was then asked to contact the courier and sort out there f*ck up.”

“So I ordered my products off this site on the 30th March I messaged to see where my order is and they said it should be with me by tomorrow, that tomorrow was yesterday on the 5th April, it’s now the 6th and it still hasn’t been delivered to my door, this is one website I will not recommend people to order from”

“I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered Wonka sweets for my daughter's hen night. Every sweet I picked from your site showed the Wonka logo, that was why I ordered them. Imagine my disappointment when I opened my order and not one item had Wonka on it, I could have bought the same sweet for half the price in a shopping mall”

“Received order loose not in original packaging in a soggy box. Was a Xmas gift. Asked to send pics was told that could happen in transit. That's not my fault. Then received sarcastic replies to my emails. Rather than saying sorry we should have sent your order in the box illustrated. I ordered similar from other online and it was fine. Used for several years, never again. Plenty of similar sites. Who do not antagonise customers.”
