“Everything was fine exapt of the payment procedure. I wanted to pay via "sofort Überweisung" but everytime I tried, the internet side kicked me out. I tried three times and I had so many items in the basket :( that was very annoying. Finally I had to pay via Paypal. Maybe you could check on that :) anything else was great - I will order again soon.”

“Efficient service to get product I want from Amercan Soda. Postage cost reasonably priced. I now cannot purchase Bisquick locally. I am not entirely pleased with the Hermes delivery.”

“Was mich sehr überzeugt hat und mich auch weiterhin bestellen lässt ist die Einfachheit anklicken und es kommt fertig aber was mich gestört hat ist der Preis der waren und das der Versand solange gedauert hat man könnte noch eine Beschreibung der Produkte machen da viele wie ich sie nicht kennen und wenn da dann Sachen sind die gut aussehen aber letztlich nicht gut schmecken ärgert man sich schon da der Preis so hoch war aber im großen und ganzen coole Sache”

“Good, but I do wish their tracking number worked. A box popped up with a number in it when I clicked on "track order," but that number didn't work with UPS or DHL. I emailed the company to ask about it, and got no response. So I'm kind of disappointed with the customer service. I did get my stuff, though.”

“American Soda is a great place to get those American items that are hard to find here in England and at a reasonable price too (usually). But the only downside that I have a problem with is the amount of items that are listed but always seem to be `out of stock` of!!!!! Some new items would be nice as well!!!!! Like `Velveta Cheese blocks` and `Slim Jim's` just to name a couple!!!! Keep up the good work American Soda but you can do better!!!!!”

“Products which I like to buy are often not available. Sometimes, I have to check the website over a couple of weeks to get them - or at least a part of them. why don't you offer a possibility to make a reservation or an order?”

“Unfortunately, both of the cans of drink I received were damaged, and the online order went through incorrectly (this could easily be a mistake on my part, though). Super quick delivery, and a good website, easy to use and navigate. I'd use again, but hope that damaged cans are a rarity, and not the usual standard.”

Hi Ben. Sorry to hear about the damaged cans. We can assure you that we do our utmost to ensure things are packaged well enough, but sometimes the couriers are a little rough with the packages. Really sorry about this time, we hope you'll sop with us again though.
