“The service for the order i got was very good the goods were delivered in good time that was for my £57 order but you still haven't got back to me about the £104 order that i never received but PayPal says you took the payment so i would like a refund for a better review thanks”

“Die Ware kam unvollständig an, es fehlte ein Teil. Bis jetzt nie Probleme. Trotzdem nur 3 Sterne, da auf 3 Emails mit der Frage, wo der Rest denn bleibe, keine Antwort kam. Die Emails habe ich in Englisch und Deutsch verfasst und an alle angegebenen Kontaktmöglichkeiten gesendet. Trotzdem kam keine Antwort.”

“My order was placed on 12th of Dec. The payment was taken from my bank on 16th Dec. Today is 27th Dec & my order has still not been delivered although the advertisement said it would be delivered before Christmas.”

“I really wanted egg nog for Christmas. I found it easily, ordered it and it came really quickly and in time for Christmas yey! Communication from AS was also really good. It was quite pricey so really glad the customer service was so great! Thanks”

“Order of the 16th Dec. has still not even arrived despite a desperate phone call to the Company on Thursday 22nd. I waited in for days as the Hermes couriers they use are not track-able by Customers. No idea when it will come or what state it will be in. I am a New Customer and this will probably be my first and last order.”

“I love the Betty Crocker (American style) cake mixes! I use them for Victoria sponges & cup cakes & they rise beautifully without fail. The texture of the sponge is perfect. I know I can rely on these mixes.”
