“I received the sweets and they were broken with ripped packaging, and the drink I ordered leaked everywhere had to throw most of it away... some of the stuff was just about in date... awful, waste of money. I probably wont even get a refund or replacement because I chucked the stuff out. Won't be buying from this site again that's for sure!”

“American Soda have always made my week whenever a new delivery comes. Fast delivery and the good thing is that all orders must be placed before 3pm for Next Day Delivery. Orders received after 3pm will be sent Next Day Delivery the following day. American Soda have a great range of products from drinks, sweets to food and baking. They also have gifts and bundles for special occasions like birthdays and Christmas. Everyone loves cheap sweets and at American Soda they do sale items on events such as Boxing Day and Black Friday. It's great especially as you can get food for as cheap as 15p. What I love is that you can request items that are not on the website and if they get enough requests for a certain product they will try to import it. I am a regular customer on their online shop and have yet to go to their shop in Ashton-under-Lyne. Thanks for your amazing customer service American Soda.”

“Sehr gute und reichhaltige Auswahl zu extrem fairen Preisen. Auch die Lieferzeit war angemessen. Eine Benachrichtigung bei Versand der Bestellung wäre noch super gewesen. Sonst kann ich American Soda nur empfehlen!!! Gerne wieder!”

“Amendment to my first review: My emails somehow did not reach the recipient. Once Americansoda saw my review, they took care of it and sorted everything out. Thank you. I will gladly order with them again. My order got mixed up and I received someone elses order. This can happen. I contacted them 5 times via email in the past 2 weeks how they would like to proceed but did not recrive one single reply...”

“Shopping with American Soda was a good experience. I liked the design of the site so everything looked neat and easy to handle. My package arrived faster than I thought and the prices were great. I live in Denmark but even so shipping didnt become expensive???????? It will be cool in the furture if they expand it even further with stuff..”

“No real complaints here. Shipping took two weeks, which seems a little long when the package is being sent from the UK to Finland. On the upside, though, the products were packaged properly and delivered on a Saturday, which is almost never possible, even with courier services.”
