“Absolutely appalled by the service I have experienced. My package containing only 2 out of 12 items I ordered was thrown over my side gate the packaged was open and 10 items were missing. I have emailed the company twice and still had no response. I will never be using this supplier again!”

“I know it's a transit and delivery problem but everything in my order was covered in syrup and the 4 packets of pop tarts were crushed and little more than crumbs”

“Not everything I ordered arrived they forgot the items that were most important for me to get. There was no refund or explanation for it. Also, I did not like that you do not get an order confirmation of any sort after ordering. Only after I asked they send me the Hermes-Shipping code. I am rather disappointed with this site and will not order again.”

“Excellent selection of sweets, I like the fact that you can buy individual sweets so you try them before purchasing larger amounts. Arrived on time and well packaged definitely recommend them.”

“I had high hopes for using this site again and again as I really am keen on one product. However after receiving my items a found that the "pictured" product I ordered was not what I received and in actual fact ended up being literally half the weight and more expensive than the same product bought in my local Tesco. Yes the weight was listed on website BUT why picture a different UK packet when selling the US version?.... I complained and to be fair was offered a refund but I am more annoyed at the fact their was no acknowledgement of the error that many other customers will probably make due to the miss leading information.”

“Love the Jolly Rancher hard candy. Flavours are so strong. Shame they are so expensive, £6 a bag. Postage was reasonable and parcel arrived quickly”

“i ordered my fritos well in advance of a dinner party i was giving (needed them for frito pies). I received notification that they had shipped and was expecting them any day. Upon arriving home, i received an email from American Soda saying delivery was attempted yet i received no card or notification from the actual shipper. After numerous phone calls, and several days later, I was promised they would be delivered within 24 hours. 48 hours later, NOTHING. I will never order from this company again if they rely on this type of shipping service. But, I still have never received any notification from the courier. My party is tonight, I am still trying to find an alternate.”
