Not so good, windows 11 required update out of the box. On updating got black screen and windows didn’t load. Eventually sorted it out myself, but perhaps American Builds could ensure windows is up to date before shipping.”
“3rd pc i have bought from them. Very pleased with the pc, BUT i asked for 2nd hard drive to be partitioned and for Chrome to be installed, neither of these happened and an email to American Builds has not been answered.”

Order tracking was very clear on timings. Only thing I wish is that they had the option to bring it back in and upgrade/change for you. I would gladly pay for that!!”

“Didn't appreciate the lack of transparency in regards to processing times BEFORE placing the order.
I used the PC for 2 days before it black-screened to a windows update. After contacting customer services I was told to fix it myself (admittedly with good advice on how to do so).
Overall I'm happy with my PC but I believe that's due to the specs I ordered more than the experience with the company.
This is the second time I've bought a PC from the company and likely wont be the last so I'm hoping it's better next time.”

- Some system software (e.g. ASUS ArmoryCrate), was inaccessible and had to be reinstalled in order to use its functionality.”
“This is the second time I have used Americanbuilds, my first order was 7 years ago. I have to say that communication was very clear, and the product (mid-range gaming PC) looks and performs great! My previous order, another mid-range PC lasted well for 5 years before it started to have any issues so I do not doubt these products last very well!
However, my parcel did arrive slightly damaged and delivery felt like it took forever (slightly over initial estimate), but in fairness that is just because I was so excited to get my new PC!”
“great pc build site is straight forward and easy to use would have given 5 stars but.. i asked for No anti-virus and norton was installed i had to download a 3rd party tool to completely remove it, a lesser issue was i asked for chrome as my default browser but was not installed , other then that my pc is lovely thank you american builds”
“There was a few issues, this included before receiving the product and receiving the product. It took much longer than I expected to receive the PC but in the end it did arrive with no issue. When I received PC and started using it, there was many issues, and even now there are still a few issues that I still don’t know whether they are hardware problems or problems I can resolve myself – but I do want to say that every fault I’ve encountered I’ve sorted out, but I still have new issues every day. But the main reason why I’ve gave three stars and not higher is due to the support I receive, which isn’t as good as it should be.”
“The PC was assembled really well and I received regular updates, I did have a minor issue with Windows where it would not install any apps from the Microsoft store, but a reinstall of Windows fixed this issue”
