“The whole production time took longer than planned, which wouldn't normally be a problem for me, however it doesn't feel like the time was spent for quality checking. The graphics card was not plugged in when I tried launching the pc for the first time, and I had issues trying to plug it into the motherboard, as the case was stopping it from clicking into place. Since managing to wrestle it in I haven't had any other issues, except for the front case fans making a noise because they were rubbing on the anti dust mesh in front of them.”
“It took 3 months to receive the PC! First order was received much later than promised. When it was received, it didn't work, so had to be returned. Refunding came in, but at the very last day! With the trust built again, 2nd order placed, came late again! Glad that it was working this time..”
