“AmiAmi is a terrible company to deal with. My first order had a broken figure and instead of offering a partial refund they wanted it back at a cost to them. Then they sent a second at a cost to them and that one was also broken. Again no offer for partial refund and at a cost to them they wanted it back. Then they didn't want to pay me back for the shipping seeing I only received one good figure, so why would one pay full shipping for two when only one was good and they refused to ship another? Then when I brought this up to paypal they shut down my account and I did get my shipping back. Nevermind the way they do business is pretty outdated compared to EVERY other business like this. It is a company run by idiots as far as I am concerned. I have even read how they band loyal years long customers for petty reasons, again due to terrible out of date business practices obviously put forth by the Idiots that make those decisions. So if one plans to business with this stupid company you better play nice and not hurt their fragile feelings, Idiots... Funny though I still buy from them because unlike them I am smart and know how to be better than them. Fools!”
“Where to even begin, it's a good concept but they 100% refuse tracking numbers (even if you pay for it) and then close your account when you have to open a paypal claim because your item never came and they're refusing you tracking. Would not recommend based on the fact they're scammers.”
