James Sloys at their customer service is not legit. And yes, as soon as you contact them back they will no longer email. Bet I can find them…..

Took 2 weeks to fulfill my order only after I called customer service twice didn't get no pick up so I called as if I was placing a new order picked up instantly I explained why my order wasn't fulfilled in 2 weeks the next day they filled it it's been shipped now my package has been in Connecticut for 20 hours it moved from tolland,Connecticut to Willington Connecticut which is literally the next town over why is my package moving around locally when it should be on freight Crossing States

Five stars? Really? I doubt that. The fact that they do their shipping with FedEx let's you know they really could care less whether you get your product or not. FedEx drivers are basically contract workers, not career employees. I've had more problems with FedEx deliveries than any other, and their customer service must be overseas, it's just horrible.

I ordered six boxes of ammo and five boxes came in and then open packed that was then taped shut. Have been trying to get a hold of them and they refused to call me back. Shop somewhere else for customer service is a joke and don't expect your full order
