“My new hearing aids are pretty good, though I thought them expensive I have to say. Giving clients some 'exchange value for their old ones would be good. Customer service excellent though; Paul, my audiologist in Leeds is certainly ther best Amplifon member of staff to look after me so far. Very competent and professional.”

“I find Samantha very helpful and she listens to what you have to say. I cannot imagine what else I could say in her praise. All too often you tell people things and afterwards wonder why you bother to talk to them so it is good to find someone who does listen and act on what you are saying.”

“I was impressed by the after sales service; some companies, having made the sale tend to leave the customer to get on with it; Amplifon made significant effort to ensure that the aid performed satisfactorily, making several post-sale adjustments to achieve this. The inclusive insurance is also a valued bonus which has already benefited myself.”
