“I purchased an hearing aid,from you .I had a problem with the aid rubbing my ear,it was sent back,and returned,a much smaller hearing aid.the hearing aid was loose in my ear causing ,it to make the aid noisy,the aid did not seem to be anchored in my ear.i went to a funeral of a great friend,and had the embarrassment of having to take the aid out,to spare people having to listen to said noise.i would think twice about recommending AMPLITHON .thank you”

“I am a little disappointed with the instrument I seem to lose power.ie I continually have to press the button to try to increase the sound strength. I feel embarrassed by having to ask my companion, to repeat what they have just said. I seem to get on better using only one Ear plug at any one time. With both in I seem to get a garballed sound, or wrong interruption of the word used, through not hearing it properly in the first place.”

“I say poor as i cannot hold converation between four people when i go out for a meal. I am o.k. one to one, any how i am ok one to one without hearing aid. My appoiment is at Watford, this has been cancled,”
